Booked out or barely busy in Corona?

The difference between the two is almost never talent. It is whether there is a system underneath the work, or whether every job depends on somebody remembering to do something. We build the system, then get out of your way.

Nobody can say where the last ten customers came from

Ask most Corona owners and you get a shrug and a guess. Which means every marketing decision after that is also a guess, including the expensive ones. Ten minutes of asking each new customer beats any analytics dashboard you will ever be sold.

What we do in Corona

Five divisions, one team, for companies and for individuals. Most Corona engagements start with one of them and grow into the others once the first is paying for itself.

Not a business? This still applies

If you are building a career, a freelance practice or a name of your own in Corona, the same four moments decide whether you grow. Only the words change. Found becomes whether the people who could hire you know you exist. Answered becomes whether you replied while they still cared.

How we work with Corona clients

A twenty-minute call first, at our cost, to find out whether there is anything here worth doing. If there is, you get the plan in writing with the number attached before any work starts. If there is not, we say so — that is a cheaper outcome for both of us than a retainer neither of us believes in.

Every industry runs the same chain

Restaurants, med spas, contractors, dental and medical practices, gyms, retail, real estate, private schools, nonprofits, e-commerce brands, coaches, creators. What we look at is the same everywhere: how people find you, what they see, what makes them decide, and what happens after they pay.

Steal our playbook: 10 pages on individual and business success

The same walkthrough we run on paying clients, written so you can run it yourself. Four moments decide whether a business grows or a career does. This shows you which one is costing you, and what to fix first.

  • The four-moment audit — run it on your business or yourself in 30 minutes
  • The 12-hour rule, and what it costs you to break it
  • A follow-up sequence you can copy word for word
  • What to track, and the three numbers that are worth a dashboard

One email with the PDF. No sequence, no sales call, unsubscribe in one click.

Corona questions, answered

How do you charge?

Retainers run $800 to $2,500 a month depending on scope. One-off projects start around $700. Everything is quoted in writing before it starts, and there are no percentage-of-spend fees hiding in it.

What happens on the first call?

Twenty minutes. We ask what the business does, where the work comes from now, and what happens when someone gets in touch. By the end you will have a ranked starting point, whether or not you hire us.

Do you need access to everything up front?

No. We ask for what a specific piece of work needs, when it needs it. You will get one clear list rather than a drip of requests over three weeks.

Can we start small?

Yes, and plenty of Corona clients do. One project, see how it goes, decide about the rest afterwards. That is a reasonable way to buy from anyone you have not worked with before.
