Booked out or barely busy in Bristol?

The difference between the two is almost never talent. It is whether there is a system underneath the work, or whether every job depends on somebody remembering to do something. We build the system, then get out of your way.

The website that quietly loses people

Open your own site on a phone, on cell data, and count the seconds before you can read a word. Anything past three and you are losing people who never appear in any report you will ever see. Then ask whether a stranger could tell what you do, who it is for, and what to do next — in five seconds, without scrolling.

What we do in Bristol

Five divisions, one team, for companies and for individuals. Most Bristol engagements start with one of them and grow into the others once the first is paying for itself.

Skills, not just services

Some people in Bristol want the thing built for them. Others want to learn how to build it. We do both, and we will tell you honestly which one you need. If you would get more out of being taught the system than paying us to run it, that is what we will say on the call.

Small enough that you get a person

You are not account 4,000 in a queue. When something breaks you message the people who built it, and they answer. That is a real advantage of our size, and it is one we would rather keep than trade for volume.

We are careful about who we take on

We would rather have a handful of clients whose numbers we can actually move than a long list we service badly. If your business does not fit what we are good at, saying so early is worth more to both of us than a signed contract.

Steal our playbook: 10 pages on individual and business success

The same walkthrough we run on paying clients, written so you can run it yourself. Four moments decide whether a business grows or a career does. This shows you which one is costing you, and what to fix first.

  • The four-moment audit — run it on your business or yourself in 30 minutes
  • The 12-hour rule, and what it costs you to break it
  • A follow-up sequence you can copy word for word
  • What to track, and the three numbers that are worth a dashboard

Bristol questions, answered

How do you charge?

Retainers run $800 to $2,500 a month depending on scope. One-off projects start around $700. Everything is quoted in writing before it starts, and there are no percentage-of-spend fees hiding in it.

What happens on the first call?

Twenty minutes. We ask what the business does, where the work comes from now, and what happens when someone gets in touch. By the end you will have a ranked starting point, whether or not you hire us.

Do you need access to everything up front?

No. We ask for what a specific piece of work needs, when it needs it. You will get one clear list rather than a drip of requests over three weeks.

Can we start small?

Yes, and plenty of Bristol clients do. One project, see how it goes, decide about the rest afterwards. That is a reasonable way to buy from anyone you have not worked with before.

Ready when you are

Twenty minutes, no cost, no deck. We map where your Bristol business is now, where you want it, and what to do first. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call.
