Lansing businesses do not have a lead problem

They have a follow-up problem. When we count, the enquiries are usually already there — they arrived on a Saturday and got a reply on Monday, by which point somebody else had already been out to quote. We find where Lansing work is actually leaking before anyone spends another dollar.

The website that quietly loses people

Open your own site on a phone, on cell data, and count the seconds before you can read a word. Anything past three and you are losing people who never appear in any report you will ever see. Then ask whether a stranger could tell what you do, who it is for, and what to do next — in five seconds, without scrolling.

What we do in Lansing

Five divisions, one team, for companies and for individuals. Most Lansing engagements start with one of them and grow into the others once the first is paying for itself.

Skills, not just services

Some people in Lansing want the thing built for them. Others want to learn how to build it. We do both, and we will tell you honestly which one you need. If you would get more out of being taught the system than paying us to run it, that is what we will say on the call.

One team, one line of accountability

You are not managing a designer, a copywriter, an ads person and an automation contractor who all blame each other when something slips. One team covers strategy, creative, the website, the campaigns and the automation — and one person answers for whether it worked.

Five divisions, one diagnosis

Consulting, creative, digital, media, and AI and automation. Keeping them under one roof means the diagnosis does not get lost in handoffs between vendors. Most Lansing engagements start with one division and grow into the others once the first is paying for itself.

Steal our playbook: 10 pages on individual and business success

The same walkthrough we run on paying clients, written so you can run it yourself. Four moments decide whether a business grows or a career does. This shows you which one is costing you, and what to fix first.

  • The four-moment audit — run it on your business or yourself in 30 minutes
  • The 12-hour rule, and what it costs you to break it
  • A follow-up sequence you can copy word for word
  • What to track, and the three numbers that are worth a dashboard

Lansing questions, answered

Are you an AI company?

No. AI and automation is one of our five divisions, not the pitch. Anyone can resell an AI tool. We find the thing costing you the most money and then build the fix, whether or not that fix involves AI.

Do I need to be on a call every week?

No. We work on a monthly rhythm — one working session, then we go and build. You get a report at the end of each month written in plain language.

What if I only need one thing?

Then buy one thing. Plenty of Lansing clients start with a single project and decide about the rest once they have seen how we work.

Can you help me learn this instead of doing it for me?

Sometimes that is the better answer, and we will say so on the call. Training your team on the systems we build is part of what we do.
