Booked out or barely busy in Wyoming?

The difference between the two is almost never talent. It is whether there is a system underneath the work, or whether every job depends on somebody remembering to do something. We build the system, then get out of your way.

Paying for attention you cannot hold

Running ads before the follow-up works is paying to fill a bucket with a hole in it — and the bigger the budget, the faster it drains. We will not take on paid media for a Wyoming business until the path from click to answered enquiry actually holds water. It is a cheaper answer for both of us.

What we do in Wyoming

Five divisions, one team, for companies and for individuals. Most Wyoming engagements start with one of them and grow into the others once the first is paying for itself.

Referrals are not a strategy until you ask

Waiting to be recommended is hoping. The people who already liked working with you are the warmest audience you will ever have, and most of them have simply forgotten you are available. One message changes that, and almost nobody sends it.

You own everything

Every account, every domain, every file we build is yours. There is no proprietary platform holding your data hostage and no long contract doing the job that results are supposed to do. If you leave, you leave with all of it.

We are careful about who we take on

We would rather have a handful of clients whose numbers we can actually move than a long list we service badly. If your business does not fit what we are good at, saying so early is worth more to both of us than a signed contract.

Steal our playbook: 10 pages on individual and business success

The same walkthrough we run on paying clients, written so you can run it yourself. Four moments decide whether a business grows or a career does. This shows you which one is costing you, and what to fix first.

  • The four-moment audit — run it on your business or yourself in 30 minutes
  • The 12-hour rule, and what it costs you to break it
  • A follow-up sequence you can copy word for word
  • What to track, and the three numbers that are worth a dashboard

One email with the PDF. No sequence, no sales call, unsubscribe in one click.

Wyoming questions, answered

How do you charge?

Retainers run $800 to $2,500 a month depending on scope. One-off projects start around $700. Everything is quoted in writing before it starts, and there are no percentage-of-spend fees hiding in it.

What happens on the first call?

Twenty minutes. We ask what the business does, where the work comes from now, and what happens when someone gets in touch. By the end you will have a ranked starting point, whether or not you hire us.

Do you need access to everything up front?

No. We ask for what a specific piece of work needs, when it needs it. You will get one clear list rather than a drip of requests over three weeks.

Can we start small?

Yes, and plenty of Wyoming clients do. One project, see how it goes, decide about the rest afterwards. That is a reasonable way to buy from anyone you have not worked with before.

Ready when you are

Twenty minutes, no cost, no deck. We map where your Wyoming business is now, where you want it, and what to do first. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call.
