Your Portland competitors are not smarter than you

They are just easier to find and faster to answer. That is genuinely most of it. Being better at the actual work is worth a great deal, but only after someone has found you and decided to call — which are two separate jobs nobody taught you.

Your best work is invisible

The jobs you are proudest of exist as photos on somebody's phone. No stranger in Portland can see them, check them, or be persuaded by them. Proof a skeptic can verify is worth more than any adjective you could put on a website.

What we do in Portland

Five divisions, one team, for companies and for individuals. Most Portland engagements start with one of them and grow into the others once the first is paying for itself.

Search your own name

Then write down what a stranger in Portland would conclude from the first page of results. For most people the answer is "not much." That is moment one, and it is fixable in a week — one place that clearly says what you do and who you do it for, with your best work first instead of fourth.

We start with what you already have

Before anything gets built we look at what is already there — the site, the accounts, the tools you pay for and forgot about. Half the time something you own already does the job and just was not switched on. That conversation costs you nothing and occasionally ends the engagement early.

Five divisions, one diagnosis

Consulting, creative, digital, media, and AI and automation. Keeping them under one roof means the diagnosis does not get lost in handoffs between vendors. Most Portland engagements start with one division and grow into the others once the first is paying for itself.

Steal our playbook: 10 pages on individual and business success

The same walkthrough we run on paying clients, written so you can run it yourself. Four moments decide whether a business grows or a career does. This shows you which one is costing you, and what to fix first.

  • The four-moment audit — run it on your business or yourself in 30 minutes
  • The 12-hour rule, and what it costs you to break it
  • A follow-up sequence you can copy word for word
  • What to track, and the three numbers that are worth a dashboard

Portland questions, answered

How do you charge?

Retainers run $800 to $2,500 a month depending on scope. One-off projects start around $700. Everything is quoted in writing before it starts, and there are no percentage-of-spend fees hiding in it.

What happens on the first call?

Twenty minutes. We ask what the business does, where the work comes from now, and what happens when someone gets in touch. By the end you will have a ranked starting point, whether or not you hire us.

Do you need access to everything up front?

No. We ask for what a specific piece of work needs, when it needs it. You will get one clear list rather than a drip of requests over three weeks.

Can we start small?

Yes, and plenty of Portland clients do. One project, see how it goes, decide about the rest afterwards. That is a reasonable way to buy from anyone you have not worked with before.

Ready when you are

Twenty minutes, no cost, no deck. We map where your Portland business is now, where you want it, and what to do first. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call.
