Brookfield businesses do not have a lead problem

They have a follow-up problem. When we count, the enquiries are usually already there — they arrived on a Saturday and got a reply on Monday, by which point somebody else had already been out to quote. We find where Brookfield work is actually leaking before anyone spends another dollar.

Paying for attention you cannot hold

Running ads before the follow-up works is paying to fill a bucket with a hole in it — and the bigger the budget, the faster it drains. We will not take on paid media for a Brookfield business until the path from click to answered enquiry actually holds water. It is a cheaper answer for both of us.

What we do in Brookfield

Five divisions, one team, for companies and for individuals. Most Brookfield engagements start with one of them and grow into the others once the first is paying for itself.

Search your own name

Then write down what a stranger in Brookfield would conclude from the first page of results. For most people the answer is "not much." That is moment one, and it is fixable in a week — one place that clearly says what you do and who you do it for, with your best work first instead of fourth.

How we work with Brookfield clients

A twenty-minute call first, at our cost, to find out whether there is anything here worth doing. If there is, you get the plan in writing with the number attached before any work starts. If there is not, we say so — that is a cheaper outcome for both of us than a retainer neither of us believes in.

Built so you could hand it to someone else

Everything we set up is documented and boring on purpose. If you hire someone internally next year, or move to another agency, it should take them an afternoon to pick it up. Work that only we can maintain is a trap dressed as job security.

Steal our playbook: 10 pages on individual and business success

The same walkthrough we run on paying clients, written so you can run it yourself. Four moments decide whether a business grows or a career does. This shows you which one is costing you, and what to fix first.

  • The four-moment audit — run it on your business or yourself in 30 minutes
  • The 12-hour rule, and what it costs you to break it
  • A follow-up sequence you can copy word for word
  • What to track, and the three numbers that are worth a dashboard

Brookfield questions, answered

How do you charge?

Retainers run $800 to $2,500 a month depending on scope. One-off projects start around $700. Everything is quoted in writing before it starts, and there are no percentage-of-spend fees hiding in it.

What happens on the first call?

Twenty minutes. We ask what the business does, where the work comes from now, and what happens when someone gets in touch. By the end you will have a ranked starting point, whether or not you hire us.

Do you need access to everything up front?

No. We ask for what a specific piece of work needs, when it needs it. You will get one clear list rather than a drip of requests over three weeks.

Can we start small?

Yes, and plenty of Brookfield clients do. One project, see how it goes, decide about the rest afterwards. That is a reasonable way to buy from anyone you have not worked with before.

Ready when you are

Twenty minutes, no cost, no deck. We map where your Brookfield business is now, where you want it, and what to do first. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call.
