New Berlin businesses do not have a lead problem

They have a follow-up problem. When we count, the enquiries are usually already there — they arrived on a Saturday and got a reply on Monday, by which point somebody else had already been out to quote. We find where New Berlin work is actually leaking before anyone spends another dollar.

Nobody can say where the last ten customers came from

Ask most New Berlin owners and you get a shrug and a guess. Which means every marketing decision after that is also a guess, including the expensive ones. Ten minutes of asking each new customer beats any analytics dashboard you will ever be sold.

What we do in New Berlin

Five divisions, one team, for companies and for individuals. Most New Berlin engagements start with one of them and grow into the others once the first is paying for itself.

Skills, not just services

Some people in New Berlin want the thing built for them. Others want to learn how to build it. We do both, and we will tell you honestly which one you need. If you would get more out of being taught the system than paying us to run it, that is what we will say on the call.

One team, one line of accountability

You are not managing a designer, a copywriter, an ads person and an automation contractor who all blame each other when something slips. One team covers strategy, creative, the website, the campaigns and the automation — and one person answers for whether it worked.

Built so you could hand it to someone else

Everything we set up is documented and boring on purpose. If you hire someone internally next year, or move to another agency, it should take them an afternoon to pick it up. Work that only we can maintain is a trap dressed as job security.

Steal our playbook: 10 pages on individual and business success

The same walkthrough we run on paying clients, written so you can run it yourself. Four moments decide whether a business grows or a career does. This shows you which one is costing you, and what to fix first.

  • The four-moment audit — run it on your business or yourself in 30 minutes
  • The 12-hour rule, and what it costs you to break it
  • A follow-up sequence you can copy word for word
  • What to track, and the three numbers that are worth a dashboard

New Berlin questions, answered

How do you charge?

Retainers run $800 to $2,500 a month depending on scope. One-off projects start around $700. Everything is quoted in writing before it starts, and there are no percentage-of-spend fees hiding in it.

What happens on the first call?

Twenty minutes. We ask what the business does, where the work comes from now, and what happens when someone gets in touch. By the end you will have a ranked starting point, whether or not you hire us.

Do you need access to everything up front?

No. We ask for what a specific piece of work needs, when it needs it. You will get one clear list rather than a drip of requests over three weeks.

Can we start small?

Yes, and plenty of New Berlin clients do. One project, see how it goes, decide about the rest afterwards. That is a reasonable way to buy from anyone you have not worked with before.
